What would be a good sport for manlets?

I haven’t played any sports competitively since I played for my local rec basketball team in 5th grade. I’m looking into finding a sport that is friendly to manlets (5’4) and where I find a cool community to socialmaxx. Currently, I’m looking to the sport of Dragon Boat, which is majority Asian American and heard it has a pretty big community in my area. I’ve also thought Table Tennis (possibly), but I’m not sure.

To be fair I’m like a Chris Paul type point guard but I still get mogged by Tyrone’s and Changs at the gym who are 6’3 and nearly dunk on me
