What would be my options for chin lenghtning surgery

What would my options regarding chin lenghtning surgery be i.e getting a more tallish chin from the front profile.
P,S Can short chin from front profile be a issue caused by Gonions or Ramus?

Yeah that is what i have read aswell but unsure if it is true
