How so? No scleral show, no droopiness. The eyes are bulgy and the orbitals are round but under eye support do not look bad

He has bulging eyes because his orbital rims don't project enough, I am pretty sure that he has a negative orbital vector.

Just look at his tear troughs.

The eye globe seems to be more projected than upper maxilla forward projection tbh for both o'pry and gandy. Then how is that neutral?

It is not terrible, but definitely not good.

In some pics you can see how he has under eye hollows and slightly droopy lower eyelids:

In other pics his under eye support look much better, but I think it is just squinting + good lighting and/or photoshop:

Shotgun implant or maybe a rope treatment for 15 minutes would suffice to fix all his problems.
