I'll try to bring the eyebrows closer together as I did in the photo. Afterwards I'll try to improve the eyelashes and possibly do something to the cheekbones as suggested.

Your IPD looks too wide and your zygos look flat.
Zygo implants would ascend you, by both increasing ESR and also giving you better zygos.
Otherwise, the eye area is decent. The only other flaw is that your eyebrows are medium-high set, but it's not over as this can be fixed to my knowledge.
