So I've been grinding up money and in one year I will be getting surgery. I have to address 2 things in this thread. One is my side profile, and the other is my front profile. Looking at my front profile the biggest falio here would be considered my eye area. Here is what I plan to do and could be changed in any way at at any time.Front profile:
Fat Grafting for UEE (Upper Eyelid Exposure)
Infraorbital implants (To support and kind of supress the bulging eyes. But however I'm not sure if it's bad enough where I'd even qualify getting infraorbital implants. But I'm not sure how else to decompress my eyes and because orbital decompression is the easiest way to botch yourself with high risk. Any tips on the front profile?

Next thing up would be the side profile. I do notice my recessed chin but I do have an overbite and might want to try braces to see how that works. This really is the biggest falio I see because I do have excess fat and should probably debloat to really tell further.
With that being said the possible things I could consider here, assuming that braces only help slightly. Would be:
Genioplasty.

Anyways, thoughts?

Also I do really notice that my midface is slightly elongated than average. How could I go about fixing that aswell?

BSSO and Genio in my opinion. Cheek implants.

And for the front profile?
this would drastically improve front profile. If you wanted more, lefort 1 would make the nose smaller and slightly upturned, and give midface a bit more support. Combined with cheek augmentation and your midface would be drastically better from the front and side. When you bring the mandible forward it appears wider in the back, too, meaning your front profile would be less narrow.

I’d recommend starting small and working your way up to see what you need and risk reward balance it.

It’s easy to say “I want these 9 surgeries” but every surgery carries risk, and some surgeries barely make any meaningful change. Meaning you might go under the knife with increased risk for virtually no gain. This is how people get botched and blow $100k to barely look better.

Tick off major changes where the reward is huge. Then fine tune if you feel you need more. You might believe you need a procedure until you do a different one and it enhances and harmonizes your other features better.

Example: most people who “need rhinoplasty” need lefort 1, thereby fixing the jaw and the nose without even touching the nose cartilage.

This is what I’m doing. I ticked off DJS and Genio. Now I am refining other areas that make the biggest impact for me personally, like skin improvement, ear size, and then a few small filler injections to balance areas.

Right, so what do you think about fat grafting and infraorbital implants. Do you think I'd need infraorbital implants?

no implants for ur eyes u just need fat graft

Ur jaw is also kind of narrow

for side just get genio for now, but potentially bsso in future since ur lips are bad
