Been there done that. Both highschool and jail. Jail in a developing country at that. I wouldn't redo highschool. Even though I had a lot of fun in highschool and would have a lot more fun there if I could go back knowing what I know now I've still got more to look forward to at this point in life.

Why did you dislike online school?

destroyed my social skills. I was actually quite NT for a while before, maybe a little awkward but now I legit can't talk to people anymore. also never joined any social circles or got any friends while doing it

That’s fair. When I was younger, I thought online school would be a good answer for my social anxiety, but I realize now that it would have been a mistake. The best answer to those problems is to learn to socialize through clubs and athletics.

Also, if you're going to put your kid through home school or online schooling, you should also make sure he has a social life through community sports, church and other group activities. Give them a chance to meet and make friends with kids around their age.
