Picture 1 is back camera, apparently that's how people see you in real life or something

Pic 2 just a normal side profile pic all muscles relaxed

Pic 3 just a normal front camera pic

Any advice would be appreciated
most likely getting septoplasty soon enough to fix a deviated septum and i'm working on the slight eye bags

my jaw is relaxed but my head is kind of tilted up but no i don't have an underbite
