You can't have NCT and almond eyes.
Almond eyes have PCT as a stample part of it's composition.

If my eyes are that shape but i have shit under eye support what softmax or hardmax can fix it? My derm said i can get fillers but i dont trust fillers long term. My eye area looks absolute shit because of it. I'm also underweight but it got better with my bulk

There is a guarantee your eye area will not be attractive unless you fix the failo however.
