it would be nice because 1. cheaper 2. less invasive and 3. u gain width as well

lefort 3 is risky and most of us couldnt find a surgeon willing to do it, so really lefort 1/trimax is the alternative

trimax has an advantage over facemask in that its controlled precisely by the surgeon, its an established method, and its quick (facemask takes many months)
