from my very mininal research, i think its better than tattooing the iris for long term color change. but if your just about to go out at night to slay foids or something just do contacts.

I have absolutely no research but from what I have seen it doesn’t look worth it, looks unnatural + i don’t think you can benefit that much from it and it’s very risky
