What you guys think about Beta carrotine?

Im planning on taking 10-15mg Beta carrotine to improve my undertones and tan abit.

Since my Phenotype Profits from tanned Skin in Hoping to get results with that.

Any Common risks or sides you guys know about?

You can also take a supplement, cheaper and less time consuming, i also hate the Taste of carrots

Ive never heard of taking it like a nose spray. I just searched it up, it says its dangerous if you do. I would rather inject it in. Or better yet, get some sun on you instead of sitting on forums and asking how to get a tan

I mean getting a tan will glow you up, maybe you should focus on other aspects other than a tan. I mean if you really want it. Melanotan prob best, more natural= carrots
