If you are above 30 you need to be hitting the gym daily tbh. For 1 you need to be in good health to not get diabeetus or heart failure or other oldcel diseases and 2 its absolutely necesary to have any sex appeal. It comes across as extremely cringey and desperate to be seen on apps like tinder. You need to have social circle, status and a solid career to be seen as eligible.
