what surgery’s would i need to ascend. thinking first fix the eyes, lower bleph or sum? new to this. then the top lip (or is something else the problem? don’t know how to fix that lips are thin. i don’t want fillers. then possibly rhino? or mse first? my smile has always seemed off would palate expansion help or would i need something like a bimax? then obv prob some hair follicles lol (hairline was always like this i have good hair genes except for the hairline)
