300 m^2 but i'll have most rooms locked. Everything expensive is moved into locked rooms and the couches are covered with blankets so they don't get destroyed.

We'll be able to be in our 2 living rooms, kitchen and toilets. I have a pingis table with beer pong and a good place for dancing. Gonna talk to the neighbours with my friend in 2 hours.
