I reduced cals but im losing fat at such a low pace i dont do cardio gym some times a week mostly sit at a place is there any natural ways to make my metabolism fast

Plus if you keep eating a little it won't matter a lot without cardio anyway, since you'll become stationary and will probably have a harder time losing fat.
