you're overthinking this, your shoulders are your best indicator of frame. Small wrists and ankles don't automatically denote a tiny frame. Chico has massive hands, wrists, and skull and still has average frame at best, it all varies

wristcel cope tbh, you can have wide shoulders even as a soyboy since clavicle length is purely genetic. Bone thickness and robustness ist what I am talking about

well then I agree, thick wrists, ankles, wide face, prominent browridge are all mainly high prenatal t traits. Guys like tyson don't have very broad shoulders but are far more robust then most men who do b/c of his naturally high bone mass and density.

I cope with having good shoulder to waist ratio even though I am a wristcel( 6.25 inches). I would trade that in a heartbeat for an average clavicle length but thicker bones.

Probably wrists, but none of them can truly indicate if you have a good frame or not

I am an extreme wristcel with 5.5 inch wrists so by all factors I should be a Giga Framecel

But my shoulder to waist ratio is 1.4 which is a decent frame

some people have large browridges wrists and bones but shitty ankles and leg bones. Its all genetically where the androgenreceptores are the most and prenetal t maxxes it out tbh
