This is mine so far tell me if I need to add on to it

3x3 deadlift
4x5 squat
3x7 hip thrust
3x12 Lying leg curl
3x9 Leg extension

Don’t judge if it’s shit I’m a beginner
 
I literally just do squats once a week.

squat 3x5
deadlift 3x5
bulgarian split squat 3x8
if you want-->hip thrust 3x8
its both athletic and aesthetic
 
Orc is not a normal human. if you're a legcel do the following (mark as solution because I doubt anyone will come up with a more optimal plan)
:

don't start directly with compound exercises go for shit that targets muscles
so let's say a leg extension - leg curl (preferrably seated) superset or do them separatly like 2xFailure (the 2 sets do not include the warm up sets)


then finally go to compound movement or the bigger movements like barbell squat (not optimal for growth but for a more harmonious physique)

-pendulum squat remains the best quad exercise but you can do like hack squat as well, thats for the quads.
then finish with hamstring and and calves if you prefer doing them at the end and not at the beginning of ur workout.



TLDR

- 2xAMRAP Leg extension
-2xAMRAP seated leg curl
-3x8 Pendulum squat OR Hack Squat OR High/Low Bar Squat OR Leg press (if you're a fag)
-2x8 RDL
-1xAMRAP calf raise
