What's a good starting Ritalin dose?

My sister has some cause she has adhd and I gotta lock in on school so what's a good starting dose I might have adhd also maybe idk

avrg adult anbd child dose is 20 to 30mg daily divided into 2 to 3 doses. highest/maximum ritalin dosage is 60mg per day
