Whats a more shoulder building split

Back, Biceps
Chest, Triceps
Shoulders
Legs
repeat

Back, rear delt
Chest, front delt
Arms, mid delt
Legs
Repeat
 
i dont know anyone who has "mid delt" or "front delt" days. just train shoulders 3 days a week and make sure you have one workout that targets rear delts. side and front delts are targetted easily
