Having regrets is cucked but if I could say anything to myself in the past or to a young cel (I'm 18 so I'm a boomer)

1. Talk to girls in school as much as you can because it's literally the easiest time to get a gf. As long as you're not hideous which most people aren't and have some confidence. You're surrounded by hundreds or even thousands of kids your age that you have a ton in common with (compared to some rando on the street). I didn't take advantage of this cus I was socialanxietymaxxed (over).
2. Learn some kinda skill that makes you interesting and/or could be useful in the future. Anything like playing an instrument or art or fucking coding or something idk.
3. Start developing yourself physically, I started doing martial arts in the past year and wish I started earlier. If you start when you're like 14 you'll have more confidence cus you know you can beat the shit out of most people your age. Same thing with lifting too.
4. Try making some money, I started buying crypto like 4 years ago so hopefully in a year or so I'll have a decent sum of money after this bull run.
