What’s better 5IU or 7IU

I researched and I’ve came to the conclusion that the final height is the same on both, wondering If maybe 7IU gives more bone growth instead, I’ve just turned 16

5IU. Nonetheless, 3IU is the sweet spot in my eyes. 7IU is just nigger-nose city. Keep in mind, GH's results diminish. It's logarithmic in nature seemingly.
