Whats better Open Mouth Chewing (OMC) or Closed Mouth Chewing (CMC)?

I've came across some forums discussing about Open Mouth Chewing and how it stimulates the maxilla and the zygos to move upwards and forwards, and the people were saying that they were seeing hella great results and I even found a nigga on this forum too that said he saw results within two weeks of OMC like more undereye support and prominent, high set cheekbones. Plus Open Mouth Chewing has a known benefit that by doing OMC the buccinator muscles is not involved thus underdeveloping the buccinator muscles, which if not underdeveloped causes a more bloated look.

whenever you open your mouth wide while chewing your cheek muscles get activated, and that looks like shit
