I'm low IQ as fuck and quite new to facial aesthetics but I know for sure im an ugly guy, so i was wondering if anyone here can detect my failos? I don't have too much problems with my top 3rd as i look quite good with a face mask on so i know its either midface or jaw. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I'd say first and foremost a rather bulbous nose, followed by suborbital/malar flatness and tissue descent with NL folds which ages you, then stuff like midface length mouth width ect

His biggest defect is a long face, his skin looks horrible, a very long lip filter.
The good news is that the selfie distorts your face, if you have a photo that is not a selfie, probably many of your flaws will be minimized.
Take care of your skin and growing your beard is the best you can do for now.

no problem. i don't think lip fillers would do you any good tbh, i don't see any assymetry at all. it is the mouth width along with your philtrum length that is the problem. You should look into a lip lift and maybe a mouth widening surgery after your rhino if you're into that kind of stuff.

Your ramus isn’t long enough, which makes your lower third shorter in comparison to the rest of your thirds, which makes your long midface look longer than it really is.

Lips and long midface, narrow face
