I lost a bit of weight since September. 96 KG at 188 cm barefoot (6’2).

18% i would say, but you are gifted you store more fat in legs them abdomen wich is optimal.
For me it is reverse my legs are lean af but i store fat in my stomach amd chest

I could also be a bit higher due to above average muscle mass for a natty and having bigger bones in my body (clavicles, ribcage) which makes me look leaner than I am.

I always tell that i’m 6’3 which isn’t a lie since i’m 6’3 in shoes. Nobody walks around barefoot.

I got my height measured for passport in july which came out at 191cm in airmax.
