İ dont understand. Why cant reach htn or chadlite? Weak chin, Weak jaw, Weak neck, bad collagen or bodyfat?

Chin Implant would look awful on him surely?

If he's recessive from the side (which it looks like) then Bimax+Genio, it's invasive but if he's serious about fixing the failos, that's best bet.

Might help correct his nose a little, an will remove those nasolabial folds, bingo.

You don't look bad, you don't look exceptional either, normie to mid tier normie, If you are young, hit the gym or practice a real martial art in a dojo where you fight at least once a week (training fights) and the physical training and trauma will mold your face and make it look better, you may get your nose bent like me though which is no ideal, can't have it all.

Angel skull = Naturally soft face, big orbital rims, rounded hairline most likely due to soft tissue, not very long nose bone and therefore undimorphic nose, small skull, typically frameletism comes along w/ it.
