Using tretinoin daily for 3 weeks now. Im in the purging phase also applying fucicort which is a steroid/antibiotic cream on inflamed acne.

Your acne is an internal problem. Either your gut tract is broken or your hormones are. For both, you should improve your diet. If nothing helps, do hormone tests & blood tests to find the cause. 99% of the time it's the gut.

acne isnt muh diet, not everyone eats like a pig and sits all day on their pcs, but they still have severe acne.
