Your eyebrows sit way too high I had the same issue, looks like you are looking into headlights like a deer.

Expression control really helps with that, do not be overly expressive with your eyebrows. They are also not well kept, you need to groom them better so they are straight and consistent. The frontalis muscle (forehead) lifts the eyebrows, some people subconsciously keep it engaged at rest, especially if they’re expressive or anxious. I trained mine to always be engaged which takes month of constantly reminding yourself to engage it.

Learn to relax your forehead at rest which can help with your constant lifted look. And become aware of eyebrow raising helps some settle into a more neutral baseline.

You have no actual hairstyle, it's just flat, find one that matches your face and stick with it.

You have a great Jaw, good highest cheekbones, good nose, good neck thats not too skinny (many people do, its a huge debuff)

Lots of potential, easy fixes that aren't surgical. Clean up your acne too for glass skin, in my personal experience, Doxycycline (for specific acne) worked well, GHK-Cu yes also helps, Vitamin C, and Niacinamide are great too, get a good skin regiment going.

Haha my neck thickness comes from years of wrestling I used to hate it, my eyebrows is because I actively open them for photos, I feel like I look too angry when they’re down, and my acne is definitely something I need to fix but again because of wrestling year round I’m constantly sweating so for my sport my skins pretty clear but a real face regime could clear it more fs, thank you for the tips I greatly appreciate it

Wrestling is a great sport, as for your eyebrows you want to look intimating.
