But i did gain a lot of muscle
I was 68kg in op pic 83kg now.
3 months ago i was 79kg with 15% bodyfat which shows ive gained a lot of muscle over those 2 years
Might be because of the test tren and deca i did a year ago
This was 8% bodyfat 68kg 2 years ago
And this is 79kg 15% bodyfat 3 months ago
On cycle i was much bigger but i dont have pics of that
