Yes, you know your biggest problem, the philtrum call, but it's not just the philtrum alone, it's also the chin; it's not long enough. Your lower third is the shortest and your upper third is the longest. Your mouth-to-nose ratio is bad; either your nose is too wide or your mouth is too narrow. You simply lack the dimorphism that's supposed to come with age. How old are you anyway? You generally need more bone mass. You could try thickening your eyebrows first with minoxidil and rosemary oil; they're too thin. That's feminine, but they are dense. Regarding the other things in your lower third, if they were to grow, it would slightly improve the philtrum call, but as I said, it depends on your age. If you were young, I would aim for perfect development. I would drink milk for bones, plus vitamin D and vitamin K because they play a role in calcium absorption. Eat five eggs every day for testosterone, whether you want to or not. Do strength training to maximize mechanical stress and testosterone. Milk usually contains IGF-1, but pasteurization doesn't produce much, so raw milk would be better. However, it's not really about the IGF-1 in the milk because it's low, but rather that the milk proteins themselves ensure that YOUR body produces more IGF-1.

I do all of that except the 5 eggs a day I gotta start doing that thanks for the advice bro. Also I have pretty good bone mass for 16 it’s just that picture has weird lighting I wanted to see what .org would say.

Also do you think getting a loose wavy perm and wearing my hair much more messy would ascend me?

Yes, because your forehead is a little too long, so slightly longer hair sticking down at the sides in front of your forehead could improve it. But if you really optimize your growth to the maximum, your main flaw, the chin-to-philtrum ratio, should improve because your chin grows vertically. My chin even grew half a centimeter vertically after I was 18.

Betski should I start bonemashing it or just rely on age and a high nutrient intake?

Nah, bone smashing is cope. Mechanical stress doesn't mean hitting the bone itself, but rather using the muscles it's connected to. However, that's difficult with the face because the muscles are small.

You can either maximize your lifestyle diet, training, and behavior and rely on the natural effects of your hormones (which is better for the long term and has no harmful side effects like infertility), or you can use steroids like HGH and testosterone to get better results, but with the risk of organ failure, infertility, and in the worst case, death. And I'll be honest with you, no woman is worth dying for. Sex isn't that amazing, either. Someday you'll be 35 and still look good and healthy, while the guy who chose the second path will either be dead or full of wrinkles, on 80 medications for his damaged organs, childless, and practically a trans woman without his weekly testosterone injection.
