Why not just get calipers? Everybody's fat deposits are different so it'd be more accurate than anybody's guess here imho

I found mine at a drugstore. They're pretty cheap. Mine was like $10

You're not too far off 12% tbh, you could already be there, who knows, everyone stores fat differently. I store all of my fat on my stomach, so I could easily be 12% and barely have visible lower abs.

Yeh I think the only feasible way for me to figure out bf is by using calipers tbh

Some stores have machines that estimate your body fat using hand bars and an electrical current. I don't know how accurate they are. They'll be next to or built into a blood pressure checking station.

lol that shit told me I was 7% Not very reliable at all.
