When you reach the % when you look your best probably between 13 to 10% what's else to do to ascend? Going below 10% bf will age your face, why do you think every runner looks like shit below 10% bf even Barrett. So it's possible to descend when your face is just too lean if you're boneless, I remember seeing a Clavicular video where he looked lean but boneless probably too much Lasix abuse. Zeta could ascend because he injected fillers, I wonder if he will end up looking botched after.
