Something seems to be hurting me as I go on a ton of dates but no girls even average seem to want to date me.

Yeah something is clearly destroying me in terms of appeal. The reasoning for why I’m certain of that is less important.

Maybe. Could be. It would make sense because I’m being rejected by girls who are not hot and not popular or wealthy too.

If you're open to that suggestion then yes but otherwise just nichemaxx, I know plenty of guys with worse stats than you who slay (irl) with long hair just by focusing on emo, goth and scene girls

But nichemaxxing is legit. Since very few man will be an 8 in the eyes of the majority of women they're better of trying to be an 8 in the eyes of certain niches of women.

Someone like Peter Steele would be a mere 6 "weird longhaired guy" to regular girls, but a flaming hot hunk to goth girls

I wonder if a solution is to keep the hair long but make it blonde - seems to be a more widespread appeal than dark long hair.

otherwise I think my hair / facial hair are making me niche.

keep in mind I live in la tho and the hottest girls are like the super liberal model types.

I don’t really agree. I think since it’s a numbers game then you need to look as “average” as possible.
Otherwise you could say things which lower the percentile of things which women deem attractive are just a form of niche-maxing.

I’m sure there are legit girls who like recessive Micheal cera guys but you wouldn’t want that because the probabilities are not in your side.
 
My point is these nichemaxing arguments could be made for any qualities that deviate outside the realm of ideal.

ideal maxing is the best.

also aligning your “style” with the highest value subtypes of men is also best.

most emo girls would love for the star quarterback to notice her
