If applied regularly yes. It won't grow on the palm of the hands though, they don't have hair follicles.

Buy 5% liquid not the foam to get the best results, also there is a ton of videos on youtube about Minox and how does it work.

I it use for beard since 1 month and it works.
I even got minor improvement for eyebrows and eyelashes without using it on them.
But I'm a good responder (maybe too good, I had some annoying side effects at the start and now it's okay).

I'm planning on using it for at least a year.
