What’s psl rating and future psl potential

As title says, what’s my current psl and what’s my potential. I’ve been told my ipd is low even though I’ve measured and it’s 63mm not sure the exact it’s 2 1/2 inches though from pupil to pupil. Just wanna know what’s the potential I could reach and what surgeries that requires or soft maxes.

Your mid face is good don't worry. Your es looks slightly low but lose fat it'll improve

How low does it looks like subhuman low? Weird shit is my ipd ain’t even that close, think my cheekbones are just wide as shit giving me this subhuman close eye look.

I mean everyone has flaws wether lean or fat, my same flaws are gonna apply wether I’m 8% or 25%. Just asking what are obvious flaws even leanmax won’t fix.

I’m 165 as we speak at 5’11 and don’t got abs, I’d have to get to 150 lbs and at that point I’d be the weight of a female.

because its fucking fat. muscle is dense and if you gain muscle you will look skinnier even at 165. I'm little taller than you 183cm and around 72kg and look skinny because most of my weight is muscle and bone. When I say leanmaxx I mean drop fat and gain muscle. and 150lbs woman is overweight man

Idk do women not see you a fucking little girl when you’re just skinny as chit. Cause I got muscle and fat, however fasting is my favorite for losing weight and I just lose everything and become skinny as chit doing that. Could try low calorie hitting protein goals but that shit takes fucking MONTHS

No bro you don't even know how psl works. 4.75 is above average and 5.25 is HTN.

For 5.5 wise I can't tell you when your bloated and non softmaxxed but probably involves shaping your skull. Debloate first to check you sides

hard to tell if he has good bones and no he isn't because he has various other failos on top of just not being attractive. Does that look like an above average face to you (no shade to the guy)? He could possibly be slightly above average if he leanmaxxed .

20 hour fast, eat in deficit and walk alot. workout 2 times a week with progressive overload.

My eye distance p shit I’m aware of this, can’t think of much other than hoping MSE/Sarpe can widen this, other than that is it just a genetic skill issue or what.haven’t gotten any surgery improvements for issue that are beyond just losing bodyfat.
 
Here is another pic of my face, not that it changes anything but more angles I suppose better way to quantify. I cannot take selfies of my self so I rely on pictures taken by others as self distortion is something I can’t understand to get me to look normal.

cheekbones appear to be mid- lowset. Nose shape isn't great- less of a failo on men tho. Bigonial-Bizygomatic ratio is poor however this may change as you lose weight. Can't tell your jawshape at this weight. Lips are aren't full enough and mouth is too narrow (again may be less of a flaw as you lean down). Your biggest issues are definitely lack of harmony then weight tho. Honestly don't consider surgery until you are lean because you might have better bone shape + positioning than it appears under the fat so could even have htn potential but I think high mtn is far more realistic. Also you will likely be somewhat above average if you just lose weight ie shouldn't worry.

Would you think that filler at this point would be more beneficial with some palate expanding, than surgery’s as it seems a lot of my issues stem from my face not filling out the actual bone width I have.

almost everyone looks somewhat bad at a high bf, might not rlly be ur issue. Go see an orthodontist about your palate. I'm bad at and don't like giving advice on surgeries.
 
work out intense 2 times a week and walk alot, don't run. you don't need 200g+ protein btw. 100g is plenty

I don't supplement whey and achieve 100-110 easy. 3 large eggs and 3 chicken thighs are 130. drop simple carbs like bread. you can eat potatoes to carb up muscles they are rich in Potassium so won't bloat u . don't use oils to cook even EV olive oil is poison when it's used to cook. if you are acne prone you don't need inflammation from cooked oils. Olive oil is ok though when consumed "raw" in salads.

ok thats doable i can do chicken breast tho I like the taste better plus more protein per 100g
