Whats so hard about going to 8%?

Whats this talk about it being hard or something? Is it because of dieting beijg hard or what? I mean i legit have garbage tier appetite so much that i barely eat 1500 calories daily (ate 1300 today) so should i use my super power and just become giga skinny or something?

super low bodyfat can feel very bad for some. not sustainable

Going to 8 percent means having a severe calorie deficit for months, basically feeling like you are starving everyday, jizzing at the site of a plain bagel and running 9 miles a day. Not easy

Thats it? I could easily eat bellow 1000 caloris daily tbh jfl, its just my mom forcing me to eat.

It might be easy for a bit but after 3 or 4 days of eating 800 calories you would start to feel very hungry, especially if you do lots of physical activity. 800 calories is two sandwiches and a glass of milk

I have got the impression that it's not hard to go there, but it's hard to maintain it. Usually, people say 10-15% is good for natties and below 10% might reduce the quality of life.

I thought the same, Then i went on a 1.5 month cut starting out at low bf and tlet me tell you. You cant fucking sleep or think its like a hole in ur stomach.

I’m a resting 10% and one time I did a cut and got to ~7% and my hands and feet were so cold and I couldn’t sleep

I ate about 4 boiled egs, feta cheese, 2 glasses of milk, 2 glasses of kefir, 15ml olive oil, few slices of bread, about 1300 calories in total and i feel good tbh

But sex drive is controlled more by estrogen, neurotransmitters and such, not testosterone, could be wrong tho

True but lots of men experience low libido when on a calorie deficit
I also experienced anxiety and problem falling asleep which are related to testosterone

17% i think, i measured with the Navy method, don't know how accurate that is
lol i dont think you have enough calories to cut to drop 9 percent if you only eat 1300 now. you wanna cut at as high calories as possible tbh maybe reverse diet first cuz if your maintenance is 1500 cal at 17% its over

When i was eating 3200 caloris daily when going to the gym, i was gaining about 1.5kg in a month

1.5 kg a month is too much, probably mostly fat and water. honestly if you go to gym just maingain (eat at maintenance or slightly over). Scale should go up ~0.5kg-1kg per month if you are a noob. But if you want to lose 9 percent bodyfat you need to start at higher calories because weight loss plateaus every few weeks and you have to further reduce calories.

eg.
week 1 - 1300 cals
you lose 2 % and at week 3 your weight loss plateaus
week 3 - 1200 cals
after a week or 2 your weight loss plateaus again as your body has found a new maintenace.

if you start at such low cals you will pretty much wreck your metabolism and not have enough calories to work with. i recommend you start by actually slowly increasing cals by around 100 every week or 2 so that your maintenance at the beginning of the cut is more feasible. like 2500-2700. starving yourself for long periods of time is not looksmaxxing you need the proper micro and macronutrients to actually looksmax.

yes but slowly ramp up calories over a weekly basis in increments of ~100cal. basically you dont wanna gain weight too fast (fat not muscle) and you dont want to lose fat on too few calories

I mean my metabolism isn't that fucked, i am actually losing weight just slowly my sitting maintenance is probably 1800, and my average intake is 1500, so im on a 300 deficit which is around 1kg of fat in a month

ok cool but if youre planning to get to single digit bf youre gonna hit a plateau at some point and will need to slash calories further. resetting your maintenance at some point might be useful. good luck mate

Depends on what kind of sandwich but I was thinking ham and cheese, if you load up the sandwiches it would definitely be more than 800 calories

Fuark my moms dad is nw3 with severe diffuse thinning at 73. He had full hair until 40 tho
not bad
its not like u will bald in ur prime then if u blast 500mg

u just accelerate it means if he started balding at 40 u will at 35 or whatever if u dont stop
