No ramus or jawline visibility, not lean enough, good amount of upper eyelid exposure, negatively tilted eyes, skin texture could be better, tired under eyes, plus that goatee doesn't look very good on you. I'll exclude the lack of jawline since you're bulking, but you're also lacking some bone mass, your neck could be bigger, etc.

Your height is average at 5'11, not bad, not good, just wear lifts or say you're 6ft.

You can do something about your ramus which is getting lean (10-12% body fat), but don't worry about that if you want, being high body fat is fine if you're bulking, just reach your goal physique and then cut. However, significantly changing the length of definition of the ramus is very hard since that's determined by your skull structure, by cutting body fat the best you can do is showing your natural structure but nothing more. Same case with your negative tilt, can't change it without surgery.

But even with these flaws, I would say you have the potential to reach an objective 5.5-6/10 or around High-Tier Normie. Reducing your facial bloating (which boils down to sodium, potassium, carbohydrates and inflammation from your diet), getting muscular and lean, skincare (cleansing, retinoids, maybe vitamin C serum, sunscreen, squalane/beef tallow/non-comedogenic oils), thickening and grooming your eyebrows, thickening and grooming your facial hair (a light-heavy stubble can help you fraud your lower third), getting on top of your health (diet, circadian rhythm, sleep, sunlight, stress management), and other softmaxxes will take you very far.

You can do a lot more things tailored to your specific case but I don't wanna put too much effort into this.
