What’s the best 5 day split

The best 5 day split is actually a 3-4 day split. But if you really wanna do 5 days and do it like a normal person, ULPPL. But if you wanna do 5 days and do it like you're clinically insane just fo Full Body 5x/week, optimal, trust me bro.

Do you have a workout plan for fb?

Nah, I do Upper/Lower 4x/week, but I think this video might interest you:

This seems to be more focused on strength and endurance. Can you share ur workout plan for UL 4x?

High frequency split. FB or UL will be your best bet.

FB 3x - High frequency, requires good programming to work and a lot less room for error, given you have only so much energy per workout for so many muscle groups

UL 2x - 2x frequency w/ 3 rest days. Personally my favorite and have seen great results from it.

PPL 2x - 2x frequency w/1 rest day. IMO a worse UL.

There is also UL 3x a week and FBEOD; however, I enjoy my rest days and use them to hobbymaxx outside of the gym, and don't feel there to be any crazy upgrade in progression from either of these splits compared to a standard UL 2x split.

I'd always opt for UL. Very easy to program, very easy to progress, and you don't have to do leg movements when you're tryna enjoy an upper body day. Make sure you're putting your weak points at the beginning of both workouts.
