Whats the best BF % for aesthetics?

At what bf% do most guys look their best?

10–12% worth it?

Or is 13–15% better because you look fuller?

I feel like super lean only looks good with a lot of muscle.

Trying to decide how far to cut.

Some people are going to look slightly better at 13-15 because of the fuller effect they get but then again some people have specific genes that influence fat distribution in which case 10 percent might be way better. I recommend just cutting until you get where you want facially first then using that as a baseline to grow frame.

Id say like 13-7 depending a little bit on your fhwr but maybe on average 10
