Whats the best country to get surgeries in?

I currently live in europe and heard many people say turkey bad only for hair, germany good etc.
So i decided to ask here
 
Western nations, private healthcare and trusted doctors. Turkye is not good, a lot of botches happen there. What surgery do you wish to gain?
