fish nuts non phillate veggies. nuts do have them btw so dont overeat. no milk or diary or as low as possible. lots of alkaline no nighshades

ive been on it strict for 1.5 years and it cured my IBS and psoriasis

But fr tho I tried it last summer but every time I got a few days in on zero carb carnivore I would get diarrhea like mad. However the first week before that happened I debloated, had more energy, and my skin cleared up. Only problem is that I couldn’t digest it. Any tips?

also there isn‘t a single causal link between meat consumption and testosterone levels.

I had diarrhea for a few weeks at the beginning and then it cleared up and I've had zero problems since. You gut needs time to adjust to higher bile production with no fiber.

I tried vegan for 1 - 2 months and for some reason i was shedding a ton more than usual and looked way more tired than usual

I felt better in every other way so I just stuck it out. You probably have some underlying inflammation/dysbiosis fucking up your FXR receptor causing bile acid malabsorption, it will correct itself over time.

Vitamid A and D both regulate bile acid synthesis and suboptimal folate status can sometimes affect bile acid synthesis/reabsorption so go out in the sun and eat your beef liver.

takes a while to get fat adapted

You wont get quite as good of a pump and you wont have as much strength as if you used carbs but personally my hormones feel way better on the diet than they ever did before which more than makes up for it. I also feel like my recovery is way better, inflammation lower, etc. Some people on carnivore experiment with honey preworkout but id stick to strict for a while. If you eat enough meat you can refil glycogen just fine with gluconeogenesis.

I’m thinking I might try something like a steak and eggs cyclical keto diet so I can get more out of the sarms but I might give this another try after, thanks bro

steak and eggs is great for most, some have trouble digesting eggs though

doing a carnivore elimination diet at some point in your life is a must for everyone imo
