What's the best electric shaver for a close shave?

I need one that gives you a close a shave as possible without having to bring out the razor and shaving cream. When I razor shave I get hella rashy and itchy. But I look like shit with my patchy beard so I have to shave like every few days.

Not at all, its really smooth, i did get some cuts as a beginner, but i get less cuts now. minimal. but the bleeding was when i hit a acne or sum shit.

i js decided to ignore it but its super easy to avoid pimples etc. because its really accurate since u control and can see where the blade goes

took me like 2 sessions. its pretty easy if u go slow. i watched a tut on youtube
