Whats the best gym rules for puberty maxxin and not stunting growth

I just been going to to the gym 3 times a week and with rest within each day.

I train 2 bodyparts a day and 3 sets and 6-12 reps

I also eat a lot
 
There's no special exercises for "pubertymaxxing" just lift heavy and try to optimize your training. Lifting doesn't stunt your growth. The only way it would stunt your growth is if you're doing stupid shit and actually severely injure yourself.
