What’s the best gymmaxxing routine?

I feel my face is good enough to the point where gymmaxxing would actually benefit me. I am a beginner with 19 inch bideltoid untrained, any recommendations for the best possible improvement?
 
We aren’t your personal research team, go on Reddit or somewhere else and look up what you need to do yourself. Don’t be so lazy

Jogging a couple of miles a day will not turn you gay

All pro bbs do "bro splits" for a reason. Jfl at doing some reddit 5x5 and getting zero gains.

all pro bbs do steroids. if you want gains without roids you need a good workout plan. i don't like 5x5 btw

They still do the most optimal workout. That doesn't change it. Just speeds it up.

PPL is decent too though.

yeah I do ppl and i like it and think its very good for natties, but I don't tihnk its liek the best program ever and I'm planning on trying something else soon anyways

but when you roids your bodys physiology changes, the anabolic time window of which you build muscle post workout is longer than for natties, so when u roids it makes more sense to leave bigger time inbetween training certain body parts whereas natties benefit more from training same muscle groups more often

its not like pro bbers wouldn't gain same as if they trained muscle groups frequently, its rather the natties are handicapped if they try to follow pro BBer routines, without actually roiding themselves

at least this is my understanding so far of workout programming the last 1-1.5 years ive been into fitness stuff

i tried brosplit for a little over a month and didn't like it tbh. after i went on PPL i was improving better

but i also think once ur near natty cap on most of your muscle groups, suddenly brosplit try of training can become handier, even for natties, because it's easier to focus on weaknesses and fine-tune ur physique or w/e. however when your in your first 1-2 year of gymcel you should prob. just prioritise your training around compounds

I disagree, pros would be doing it if that were the case. With once per week training you can push the muscle to another level and get much more metabolic overload.
 
i just do the machines i like and some shoulder and bicep weight work tbh.

its about overall volume over time, not @ individual workouts. also when ur on roids you can improve more from individual workotus since ur anabolic window is elongated on a biological level. you also utilise more protein. even just by this notion it makes more sense to train a certain muscle group harder when ur roid compared to no roid. but all this also depends on your physique. i dotn think theres a static constant best routine, it all depends on your parameters and everyone have their own individual optimal routine

sentiment of what I said: if ur natty and start gymcelling, dont do bro split in my opinion cuz its not an optimal routine to build overall strength and lean mass. all the people i know/seen that are natty and do brosplit never improved shit tbh. obv could be due to other factors too. its not even the routine I do, i just believe prioritising strength training (while not negletic hypertropy aspects of workout programming, aka accessories etc.) is the only way to become respectable size without AAS
