Look at the pic of my body in my thread around last week. Im very skinny. I think If I have 1-2 mass gainer shakes everyday that already 1250-2500 calories without any of my meals. Prob can gain 10-15 lbs in a month

Best mass gainer is whole milk, oatmeal, bannana, peanut butter, blended with 100% whey isolate. Not some 200g of sugar chemical batch of shit from Optimal Nutrition.
Vouch this is a mogger shakeI was taking mass gainer. It was shit. I only gained fat, looks bloated and it give me acne.
Mass gainer is full of sugar. Just do your own .
Here is my recipe:
250ml high fat milk
1 banana
2 scoops of oats
peanut butter
1 scoop of whey protein
Just put everything in blender and voila
over 1000 kcal mass gainer that isnt shit.
