Just make sure to let it sit on skin for 20 mins for it to fully absorb then shower off (exfoliate) so it doesn’t clog your pores

Avoid the face since the skin layer is different, so anything from the neck down should leave you with healthy moisturized skin.

The problem with regular body lotion is it has water as the main ingredient which just drys up the skin and also propalyne glycol and other endocrine disruptions that fuck with hormons
