What’s the best option for me to get expanded dental arch and mandibule?

Hello guys, I’am new here, otherwise from Europe, 26 years old.

I would like to hear form everyone here who has much more experience then me, what options should I consider for my case. I will attach some photos to. I’am pretty new in orthotropics/mewing and that stuff so would like get more info. I really want to contemplate what are some of the best appliances out there for me. I know that I have narrow upper palate, correspondingly I have narrow smile. If I smile only 6 teeth are shown. Because of that I have problems with space for my tongue to properly mew. Another problem is that my left side of jaw is wider then the right one. Maybe is that because of chewing almost exclusively on the left side through adolescent. I think that I have decent forward growth but would like to get lateral. I found in Germany orthodontist whos doing DNA treatment. But after reading about it I’am not sure that you can expand jaw with it. If I’am not wrong you only get alveolar bridge expansion. They say that with DNA I would get upper palate and lower palate expander. BTW my IMW is 36mm. What you think guys? What should I do? Should I go for MSE? But doesn’t MSE widen just upper one. How you address lower one then? So MSE expand your palate and even jaw(skelet) if I understand that correct.

MSE (for maxilla), combined with MSDO (for the mandible) might be an option in ur case

So MSE is the best expander outthere? So would I see diference in my jaw after treatment? Would it be more wider?

Your lower jaw isn't actually bad, it's defined and proportionate with the rest of ur face, the problem however is that your entire skull is too narrow. You have a longish midface and low FWHR. MSE will improve ur FWHR but the changes won't be dramatic. And no MSE only widens the maxilla, for the lower jaw you'd need MSDO and that will widen your chin but won't affect the jaw width and sharpness that much (or so i've heard).

Run long hair to make your head appear longer then MSE its an option but I think you should fix eye are the most! Indeed post in ratings no looksmaxing threads

Thanks for your opinion but I dont need ratings from other guys or some approval. Iam doing these only for myself, its not for the chicks cause I can have them plenty, I dated models and so on. I just want to improve my genetic potential which my parents fucked it up with lifestyle choices when I was little. Because of that I want to improve my smile and my FWHR.
