What's the best otc nootropic?

Im abt to get nuero gum but want something more powerful without having to pin or nasal spray since my parents won't allow.

neuro gum is cope not enough caffiene to even have much of an effect. if u only want otc get energy drinks or caffeine pills, imo drinks w natural caffeine (like green tea extract) give better focus, but aim for 150-200mg range for actual focus

so should I use extra strength nueron gum which is 100 mg caffeine and jus take 2 of those?
