I drink bodyarmor zeroes with ~1080 potassium I’m pretty sure, then I’ll have a banana and sometimes coconut water along with yogurt, landing me at around ~2000-2500 potassium, is this enough at 15 to debloat quickly if I’m keeping my sodium low and drinking lots of water?
