i use tret, e2 cream, allies of skin exfoliate, the ordinary lip serum, shiseido cream, cjc+ipa, klow stack, homemade hyaluronic acid, microneedling once a month, and some dior lip balm

if you're suffering from acne absorica would help tremendously as well.

my routine is just because i'm old, if you're a teen skincare isn't really needed tbh

he made it seem a lil more complicated than it is lmfao. Don't use tazarotene as a beginner, it'll burn your skin & fuck up your skin barrier. Use tretinoin 0.025% cream or gel (start with 3x a week to see how your skin reacts), a gentle cleanser bc no reason to use something harsh while you're on tret, a good non-comedogenic moisturizer, an SPF 50 sunscreen that isn't oily (doesn't matter too much, preferably get one that won't make you look like a glazed donut or leave a white cast), azelaic acid to get rid of any redness you have on your face. This is literally all you need. If you still see flaws in your skin after all of this, there might be a product or two needed to correct it. No need for methylene blue & no need for ghk-cu. If you don't believe me that tret is enough, look up tretinoin before & afters to see for yourself. You can start using tazarotene multiple months from now & after bumping up to 0.05% tretinoin, but you only really need to if you really aren't satisfied with what tret has done for you. Only go up to 0.05% tret after being on 0.025% for a few months. It's a whole process


If you have really bad acne, skip tretinoin & just get on accutane

Might consider taz in the future ngl. Been on 0.025 tret for 7 weeks & im using it daily without any issues at all. I thought my skin was sensitive but apparently not
