it's all water tbh but ur 14 so you might not know it

habits:
good hygiene, if you work out shower in the morning and after gym
go to the gym with a good schedule minimum 4x a week imo, can do 3 during school semester if ur busy
find a haircut that fits you via trial and error and stick with it, go to a hairdresser (not a barber) every 1-2 months, 3 months if ur hair is shoulder length

diet:
no goyslop
eat at a slight surplus with extremely good micros and macros (especially protein)
take omega 3 and zinc supplements (hard to get via normal eating if u don't have much money)
take creatine
a lot of water


easy maxing out health indicators leading to maxxed out look during puberty
